Globuzzskin is operated by Julie Wright ("Globuzzskin," "we," "us"). By using the website or app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Globuzzskin is designed for adults 18 and over. By using the Service, you confirm you're at least 18. If you're younger, please ask a parent to help you choose a simple routine, or speak with a dermatologist before starting any routine with active ingredients.
Globuzzskin — including the quiz results, Glow Score, AI Skin Analysis, Product Scanner, and Ask Julie chat assistant — provides general skincare guidance for informational purposes only. None of it is medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for a diagnosis or consultation with a dermatologist or physician. AI-generated skin analysis is an estimate based on a photo and your answers — it is not a clinical or diagnostic tool.
Always patch-test new products, stop use if you notice irritation, and see a doctor for any skin condition, persistent concern, or before starting a routine during pregnancy or if you have a diagnosed condition like eczema or rosacea.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know straight away at Globuzzskin@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.
Product recommendations link out to retailers (including TikTok Shop) where Globuzzskin may earn a small commission on purchases, at no extra cost to you. Product recommendations are independently curated based on your quiz answers, not on commission rates.
Anything you upload or write — Photo Timeline images, Skin Journal entries, daily check-ins — remains yours. By using these features you give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, showing your before-and-after timeline or calculating your Glow Score). We don't use your photos or journal entries to train AI models or share them with third parties beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.
Please don't: use the Service for anything illegal; try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer it; upload content that isn't yours or that infringes someone else's rights; or abuse features like the Product Scanner or Ask Julie chat (for example, automated or excessive requests) in a way that degrades the Service for other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
The Globuzzskin name, branding, quiz content, routine logic, and Glow Score methodology belong to us. Product names, images, and brand names referenced in recommendations belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Skincare results vary from person to person and depend on many factors we can't control — consistency, underlying skin conditions, product quality, and more. We don't guarantee any specific outcome, Glow Score improvement, or skin result from following a Globuzzskin routine.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globuzzskin and Julie Wright aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any skin reaction to a recommended product — always check ingredient lists against your own allergies and sensitivities, and patch test before full use.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
